The chance to make your own reputation is quite a luxury, as the new James Bond, Daniel Craig, is about to find out.
Not only is he taking up the mantle of Pierce Brosnan, a man created to play Bond, but the first film will apparently be a remake of Casino Royale. Two comparisons against familiar, well-loved icons before you even start? Unlucky.
I don’t even want to talk about the fact that he’s blonde.
